It’s a book release giveaway kind of day!

(Just in case you’ve got a busy day and don’t have time for my happy rambling, giveaway details are at the bottom of the post… 🙂 )

***KEEP HOLDING ON is here!***

14045744_761853712999_2047469122025731172_n

I know, I know. I should’ve found a more graceful way to intro this blog post. I should write something meaningful about why this book holds such a special place in my heart…how much of myself I poured into it…how it surprised me in about a thousand ways…and grabbed hold of my soul.

Because, really, it does hold a majorly special place in my heart.
I did pour myself into it.
It surprised me. Oh, it surprised me.

And it wrapped itself around my soul in a completely unexpected way.

Because, you see, I never entirely know why I’m writing the story I’m writing until it’s at least halfway written. I never quite grasp the underlying emotional theme until said unforeseen theme has quietly wound through me and whispered its truth into my own heart. And sometimes I don’t even hear those whispers until the words have made their way onto the page.

Funny thing is, with Keep Holding On, for once…I sorta thought I knew what the story was really about when I started writing. I thought it was about holding on to hope, to faith, to trust…even when it’s hard. Even when you don’t see a way out. Even when your heart is on its way to broken…or maybe passed broken years ago.

And it is.

But more than that, it’s about how God holds on to us…even when we’re ready to let go. I had no clue how much I needed to bask in that amazing truth when I started writing Beckett and Kit’s story. But by the end, I knew that once again, God was using my own story to connect with me in the deepest spaces of my heart.

And I’m praying and hoping that’s exactly what he does in yours…hopefully through this story! Or another story. Or a song or memory, a peaceful walk or a full and fulfilling day. However he chooses to connect with you today, I hope you’ll see it and sink into it.

Because he’s so, so worth holding on to, my friend.

It’s only right to celebrate with a giveaway, yeah?

Enter using the form below. You’ve got through the end of Tuesday, October 4.

One more note before I sign off: One of the best, best, BEST ways to help an author (besides, you know…like…buying the book) is to post a review on Amazon, Goodreads, Barnes & Noble, etc. It doesn’t have to be long. It doesn’t have to be eloquent. It literally takes about five minutes. But it makes such a difference. I’m so grateful to everyone who takes the time to write a review…thank you in advance if you choose to do so!

    1. Congratulations, Melissa!! I can’t wait to read your new story! I loved everything I’ve read written by you and I’m sure this new book will be wonderful as well. Your words are inspiring and make me feel better whenever I stop and read them. Keep writing and thanks for all the emotions you have given me these past years!

PS: I don’t think I can enter the giveaway as I’m Italian but don’t worry, I’ll be happy to buy your book. 🙂

      1. I forgot to say what book I’ve read lately that left an impression. My son and I recently listed to QB1 by Mike Lupica. I don’t know if it is because we listened to it or not, but it has really stuck with me over the last couple of weeks.

    2. I love the books that touch my heart and soul. That last book that really impacted me on so many levels was Between Heaven and Earth: the Matchmaker Series by Michelle Paige Holmes.

    3. I honestly have not had much time to read, but the last book I read was “The Set Apart Woman” by Leslie Ludy. It was about how we can grow closer to God and experience fulfillment in our relationship with Christ. I highly recommend it!

    4. I don’t usually venture away from my Christian Fiction but recently I read Me Before You and yhe intense emotions of it stick with me for days!

I cannot wait to read your new one! Happy book release day! I’m on vacation soon and you are at the top of my to read list!!

    5. I can’t wait to read Keep Holding On. I have to read Logan’s story first though. Somehow I missed buying it when it first came out. I love all of your stories.

    6. Good morning, Melissa! And happy release day to you; I can’t wait to read this new Walker story. 🙂

As for the last book I read that really impacted me? Hmm…well, I recently had the opportunity to read an advance copy of Irene Hannon’s upcoming “Tangled Webs.” It was full of family relationships and characters’ journeys to discover God’s plan for their lives, and it was AMAZING.

    7. The book that has really stuck with me is The First Gift by Ruth Logan Herne. I read it weeks ago and am still thinking about it. Congrats on your new release!

    8. A book that grabbed me was a true-life story “Captive in Iran”. The Holy Spirit truly does convict people of the need of a Savior.

Would love to win your book for our church library

    9. The last book I read that stuck with me was Creatus Animus, by Carmen DeSousa. I don’t normally read paranormal, but this author really knows how to make you believe you aren’t reading paranormal. I was lucky enough to read an ARC of this finale in the series, and was definitely blown away. Thanks for the chance to win. Congrats on your release!!

    10. Happy release day! I always look forward to your books! Thank you for sharing your story-telling gifts with us! I can’t wait to read it!

    11. Hey Melissa, of course, yours was the book that spoke to me so wonderfully. I told you how it ministered to me. I’m not just saying that because of this post, either. Truly it ministered to me like I so needed at the time.

Two others that grabbed me was Michelle Griep’s The Captive Heart and a wonderful re-read of Becky Wade’s ‘Meant to be Mine”.

    12. I just finished your book. LOVED it! Beckett and Kit just fit so well together. And the story in an apple orchard as I’m eating fall apples and enjoying the cooler weather – perfection. And I absolutely love how you portray the Walker family. They are not perfect, but so wonderful.

    13. Melissa, I am so excited to read this book! I read about one and a half chapters this morning before I had to do Life Stuff. Why must there be so much Life Stuff?!?! Loving it so far.

I’m really looking forward to reading this theme. It’s one I need in my life, as I often feel like maybe just maybe God has let me slip through the cracks. Maybe He forgot about me here. I know He didn’t, but none of us like the harder, uncertain times in life. To be reminded that He really is holding on, that He’s got me and not forgotten… I can’t wait to get into it.

Thanks for being real with us. We love and appreciate you! 🙂

    14. Oops, I commented before reading the question in the entry form! September has been a fabulous reading month. I was really touched by “The Lady and the Lionheart” – I cried a couple times. It was recommended over Facebook by an author I really like, so when a friend offered to loan it to me I jumped on board. 😉

    15. The last book that grabbed me was The End of the World by Amy Matayo. I hard one to read but so good! So different from her other books because it covers such a hard topic(orphans and fostering) but still great!

      1. I love all of Liz Curtis Higgs books. But, the last book I read was Higher Grounds Cafe by Max Lucado. That was a great change of pace for Max and it was a great book, too!

    16. Weeeeelllll, the last book I finished was Keep Holding On! And it was amazing. What grabbed me, as always, was the endearing characters, realistic setting (as in I’m pretty sure it’s a real place!) and the tender romance. I just loved it all! Can you blame a girl for entering the context to win a print copy?? 🙂

      Beth

    17. The last book that stuck with me is Noah’s Wife by T K Thorne. It was very well written and took me back in time with her depiction of how she became to be with Noah and the village people involved.

    18. Congratulations, Melissa! My latest book was The Lady and the Lionheart by Joanne Bischof. I love her detail and her depth in writing and her stories grab me from the start and do not let go.

    19. The latest book I have read that has stuck with me isn’t actually fiction but it was still really good! ‘Women of the Word’ by Jen Wilkin was a really encouraging book about how to study the Bible. I do also read a lot of fiction though and I love your books so I am looking forward to reading about Beckett!

    20. I can’t wait to read the newest book Melissa! I have enjoyed all of the previous ones so much. Thank you for your spirit of joy that radiates through everything you do.
I read so many books. They are all so good and endearing at the time. However, if I had to choose a story that has stuck with me over days and weeks and even years I would have to say Dry as Rain by Gina Holmes.

      Thanks again.
      Jodi

    21. Congrats on your new novel’s birthday, Melissa! I know the feeling of holding your book “baby” in your hands on its “birthday” and being SO in LOVE with what you see! 🙂

The last book that I read that really “stuck” with me was “Gentle Like Rain” by JoAnn Durgin. The storyline and the heart of the captivating characters “grabbed” me from the start and made me smile by the end.

    22. Hi Melissa, You have the best excuse ever to have not prepared! Ollie is absolutely precious.
The book I just finished reading is Shotgun Marriage by Danica Favorite. The story takes place in the late 1800’s and its about two people from two different classes being forced to marry because they both got trapped alone together in a mine. Now they both think they’re dreams are over but God has better plans.
And that’s what got me the most is when we put God first everything else falls into place.

    23. Hi Melissa – This sounds like an amazing book! The last book I read that made an impression on me was “The Book of Mysteries” by Johnathan Kahn. It was actually a pretty “deep” story that gave you so much to think about. It was one of those books that you had to read very slowly because you were mining nuggets of insight. While it was a fiction story, it was based a lot on the bible so it intermingled a lot of non-fiction information into the story. Right now, I’m in the final week of rehearsals for our community theatre’s newest play – we open this coming weekend – I’m so excited to put this on for my community! Once we have completed the run of our play, it would be nice to find your book waiting for me, as a way to rest, relax and unwind after months of hard work! Thanks for the chance to enter your give-away!

    24. Congratulations on your new release!!!
I have read a lot of books of late, but Jane Kirkpartrick’s This Road We Traveled really stuck with me. I think one reason is she took a journal from Tabitha Brown, also known as The Mother of Oregon, and developed a story around it. I found it fascinating to learn about a strong woman in history that I had never heard of.
      Thank you for this opportunity.
      Blessings

    25. Playboy Pilot by Penelope Ward and Vi Keeland really sucked me in because the characters and the story are intriguing… **sigh** the hero is also dreamy! LOL

Anyway, congrats on the new release! <3

    26. Congratulations Melissa, I am looking forward to reading this new book. I recently reviewed In His Place by Harry C. Griffith and I would encourage everyone to read this modern day take on the classic, In His Steps. Mom

    27. Congrats! Seriously looking forward to this book! I guess the last book that really stuck with me is The Wedding Shop by Rachel Hauck. The scene where she tries on the wedding dress had me in tears… good tears! Thanks for the giveaway!

    28. Would love to add this book to our audio library for people who are blind and disabled nationwide. We have over 3,200 digital audio books available for our patrons to check out of our lending library.

    29. The last book that grabbed me is Home on the Range by Ruth Logan Herne. I just loved everything about it. The internal strength of each of the characters, as well as the message to rely on Him. It was amazing.

    30. The last book I read and just finished was The Lady and the Lionheart by Joanne Bischof. It was so different, characters in a circus and I thought about it for days since I was such a big circus fan. (I wanted to be a trapeze artist when I was a child)!
I am in the middle of your new book Keep Holding On and I am loving it!

    31. Congrats, Melissa!! I am so happy for you. 😀 Your books are amazing with great covers as well. In fact, you inspire me to keep writing – so big thanks for that. 🙂 Latest book I read was actually a series by Dayo Benson and it is called Crystal. Loooooved it! So good and fascinating especially when you know most of the stuff she mentions is really going on. Anyway, congrats again!

    32. I’ve read so many books recently it’s hard to pick just one! I just finished “The Devoted” by Suzanne Woods Fisher. She uses humor and gives her Amish characters more depth by portraying them as faithful, not just stern. “Lead Me Home” by Amy Sorrells was superb. She looks into the heart of a pastor trying to live his faith in the face of blow after blow after blow. I cried, it was that good.

    33. The book that I am reading now is really funny, I tend to like the books that make me laugh. Thank you for the opportunity to win your new book.

    34. Ahhh I’m SO excited for this book!! It’s been a little while since I read a REALLY great book, so I’m all the more excited for “Keep Holding On” because I know it will be that!
Also, *adorable* pictures of your sweet nephew in the newsletter! 🙂

      Congrats on this release!!

    35. Hi Melissa
Congratulatios on your new book. I have read many of your books!!!
Loved them all!! I am looking forward to reading your latest book!!

    36. The last book I read that really got me hooked was “Playing For Love At Deep Haven” by Katy Regnery. I have read it and re-read it numerous times and fall in love with it all over again, every darn time! 🙂

    37. Sydney Tooman Betts’ books.
A River Too Deep & Light Bird’s Song. These books are wonderful! I love how she put the scriptures in it for The Native Americans to understand and the writing
(just the way she used words) to convey how each one felt. I can’t even explain how much I loved these books.

    38. Congrats, Melissa!!

So many wonderful books and so many that stick with me – one being Julie Lessman’s ‘Love Everlasting’ releasing this Fri., Sept. 30th. With each of her books it’s always the passion, vivid characters, story twist, and character redemption through God that speak to me!!

    39. I have to list two: first of all, I read The Gifting, by K. E. Ganshert, this summer. I still think about that story. And, most recently, your latest book. I loved so much about it, and the themes in the story, especially of walking out God’s plan, even when we make mistakes? That spoke to my heart. Loved it, Melissa.

    40. Congrats on the new release! Looking forward to another fabulous story. You’re one amazing writer!!!

I recently finished A Lady Unrivaled by Roseanna White. Cayton is a great character and his story of redemption was superb!

    41. Congratulations Melissa! I’m so proud of you and I loved Beckett’s story!! Well, besides your book I would say a book that is coming out by Nicole Deese called The Promise of Rayne.

    42. Congratulations Melissa! I was so excited when this showed up on my kindle this morning, but would love an actual book.
A Heart Most Certain by Melissa Jagears really makes a person think about hypocrisy. Some church members only want to associate with people just like them, they preach against the sinners, but don’t do anything to help them or the innocents that are in poor circumstances. It is a historical fiction but the message is so meaningful in today’s world.

    43. Congratulations on the latest release, Melissa! I recently read “Just One Day” by Gayle Forman. This book has stuck with me because it goes to show that you don’t know which of your days will stick with you as important. We never know how a “little” decision can make a big impact.

P.S. I can’t wait to read your latest book! <3

    44. The book series I’m currently reading has stuck with me because it is so easy to read and compels me to find out what’s happening next.

    45. Congrats Melissa! We’ve not met in person but I love you just the same and I’m so happy for your release. I hope it sells a million copies!

I just finished Pepper Basham’s Twist of Faith. It was really good. I loved how easily the storyline flowed. There were no misunderstandings that dragged on. That can be a bummer. The hunky Reese was my favorite character with his self-assured good looks and kind-hearted personality. The character names were great. That’s an important aspect of a book. Most of all the message of God’s love, forgiveness and salvation were very well none. It wasn’t just skimmed over it was highlighted without being preachy.

    46. Congrats! The last book that stuck with me was 90 Minutes in Heaven. I cant remember the mans name. Just hearing him talk about going to heaven and how beautiful it is makes me excited to go when its my time.
Thank you for the chance 🙂

    47. The last book I read that really grabbed me was Skinwalkers by Tony Hillerman. His books – and now his daughter’s – tell so much about the Navajo culture and are such good mysteries that it’s hard to put them down!

    48. Congratulations! I am thankful for all the hard work authors do since I love to read! ! Your pies on fb were gorgeous and looked yummy .

    49. Well, mostly I just read for entertainment and escape, so I can’t really think of any one book that really impacted me lately. Congrats on the new release, and I have to say that Ollie looks like he’s filled with joy!

    50. Congrats, Melissa! I’m looking forward to reading your newest release! ^_^

I recently read The Reluctant Duchess by Roseanna M. White and really loved it! It was just an amazing book! I particularly liked the character, Rowena. Heart-tugging, mysterious, and meaningful tale! 🙂

      Thanks and blessings!

    51. Yay! Congrats on the new book. Last book I read that left an impression was Jessica patch’s book fatal attraction. Lots of suspense. Didn’t see the end coming!

    52. Congratulations on your new release! I’m excited to read it!

I just recently reread The Blue Castle by LM Montgomery, and something in the story struck me again, just as much as it had the first time. Maybe it’s the freedom Vallancy embraces when she learns she’s going to die; it’s not wild, teenager freedom, but the freedom to be who she was meant to be. And I love the romance in that story. It’s unusual, but swoon-worthy all the same.

    53. Just finished Newton &Polly by Jody Hedlund, very powerful. I would have played with that little cutie, too! Thanks for the opportunity to win!

    54. Your nephew is adorable! Congrats on your new release!

I just finished listening to Brandon Sanderson’s Elantris. The world building was great. Clean romance, political intrigue, fantasy magic (I don’t like witchcraft books like Harry Potter but I love Lord of the Rings.) Christian author Jill Williamson highly recommended him in one of her newsletters, and I bought several of his books on sale. I don’t know if he’s a Christian, but his book was clean though violent. No sex. I’m a new fan. His characters and their colloquial expressions keep going through my head.

    55. I have had so little time to read lately that this book has been going everywhere with me. I am so enjoying it and look forward to finishing it – well, sort of!
I have been reading Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand. I can only read it in small chunks. Very eye opening!!

    56. I’ve just finished SARAH’S ORPHANS by Vannetta Chapman & I just loved her sweet spirit. It’s made me think about how much we’d all benefit if we had the generous & loving hearts like Sarah. Very special & uplifting. Thanks for the chance to win your latest book!!

    57. I don’t always remember what’s in the books I’ve read because I am reading fast so I can soon start another book.
Right now, I am finishing up Texas Cinderella by Winnie Griggs and I’m impressed with both the main characters, Riley and Cassie being good, caring, people.

    58. Love how your title applies both ways…even when we might “let go” for a time …He keeps holding on!!!!what a blessing!thank you for a chance to win!

    59. Wow, I love the response to your giveaway! Go Melissa!! Although that decrease my own odds… 😉

haha, in all seriousness, the last book that really grabbed me was Roseanna White’s The Reluctant Duchess. I love how Roseanna weaves spiritual truths throughout her story, and how she isn’t afraid to tackle hard issues while writing about those issues with such sensitivity and elegance.

I can’t wait for Keep Holding On, Melissa. I love your writing and I’m excited to read Beckett and Kit’s story.

    60. Congratulations on your newest book! I read an excerpt and know I have to get a copy somehow to read since the first chapter made me want to read more.
The last book I read that really “grabbed me” and has stayed with me is The Lady and the Lionheart by Joanne Bischof. It made me sob. The way she shows Christ’s love for us is so beautiful. It always gives me chills when I’m reminded of how much He loves us and what He went through for us. I am so humbled and thankful.

    61. I love how you skip the sissy surface stuff and go to deep places to live and write about how meaningful relationships and self-knowledge and healing and lasting freedom happen. Fun stuff happens, too, you have a keen sense of humor, which makes your books some of the best ones out there. Go, Melissa!

    62. I recently read Against the Tide by Elizabeth Camden. I enjoy her characters and storyline, but I really enjoy how each story revolves around a piece of history.

    63. I am so excited for your book release! I have been wondering what Beckett’s story is. The last book that I read that left an impression on me would have to be Becky Wade’s “Stubborn Heart” I felt like there was a lot of things that could be learned from the characters and how they handled life’s hurdles.

    64. I just finished reading Charles Martin’s “Long Way Gone” (an ARC), and loved it. Such a beautiful, poignant read! Plus loved all the music, instruments, and the family, and the healing in this novel. Just incredibly well crafted. Painful, joyous, contemplative, blissful, reflective, and just a beautiful lovely composition and portrayal of ‘life’, compassion, and mercy. Peace!

    65. I’m currently reading Present Over Perfect by Shauna Niequist and it feels as though she is speaking my heart language. The honesty and reassurance that I am not alone is staying with me.

    66. In answer to your questions:
The last book I read that really stuck with me was Tracie Peterson’s book Chasing the Sun. The characters were real people, and the protagonist’s faith in Jesus Christ was very evident. I love books that talk about God, and the bible, and Jesus Christ, but yet are fiction, or historical fiction.

I hope to win a copy of your book, and find yet another Christian fiction author to follow!
      Blessings and peace to you.
      Romans 10:9-13

    67. Hi Melissa. I read “Freedom” by Jaycee Dugard. It made me realize how much I take for granted. kristiedonelson(at)gmail(dot)com Thank you.

    68. Congrats on your new book! I’m looking forward to reading it. The last book I read that really stuck with me is the Thirteenth Chance by Amy Matayo because the characters were so vividly portrayed, especially with their quirky mannerisms.

    69. The last book I read that really stuck with me is The Gifting series by KE Ganshert. I read them and listened to them on audible. Wonderful look into future America without Christ.

    70. Omg I can’t say how much I want this book!! Sadly I’ve only been able to read Like Never Before and Made to Last since those were the only books my library had and now since I’m a college student I don’t have any extra money to spend!!! Augh!!

    71. Besides Keep Holding On, the latest book which has stuck with me was A Flight of Arrows by Lori Benton. What really grabbed me about this story was the way it pulls you in to the characters’ lives and makes you wish you were there!

Thanks for the awesome giveaway and for your gift of storytelling!

    72. A MOST MOVING book for sure was RISEN by Angela Hunt. Anytime I think of the suffering of my Savior on Calvary, I am ashamed of my sin & my part in his death. Praise God, HE didn’t stay in the grave. Forgiveness is ours because of HIM. Redemption – oh how marvelous!!
Interested in your give-away. Thank you for making it possible.

    73. The last book I read was Search and Rescue by Valerie Hansen. The thing that stuck to me was the suspense and how the characters looked to God for help

    74. The last book I read that stuck with me was where she went the sequel to if i stay. it was a great story and really illustrates how couples can go through difficult emotions towards each other, and gives hope for everyone

    75. Happy Release Day!! I am super excited to read your newest book!! 😀

The last book I read that really stuck with me? I think that would be “An Elegant Facade” by Kristi Ann Hunter. It’s just really had me pondering over the idea of people behaving certain ways in order to keep others from getting too close and discovering their hidden pains and struggles.

    76. I can’t wait to read this book, and I feel horrible that I haven’t ordered it yet! Love you, Melissa!! I hope you’re doing wonderful!

    77. Congratulations on your new book 🙂 I really like the Title of your book : Keep holding on. Summer is over and winter is setting in; I would enjoy reading your new book by the fireside wrapped in my blanket !

    78. The book that grabbed me was The Reason and Here to Stay. I related to The Reason because when I go through anything I want to see God working through it. We are all survivors of this thing called life.

Here to Stay because when you find something or someone you are passionate about you won’t let go of it for anything. That is how I want my relationship with God. I know he never lets go but I have to make that same promise.

    79. I absolutely cannot wait to read this book! I was hooked from the first book i read from you! I have read so many good books recently so I can’t really pin point any particular one unfortunately! All the best with your writing in the future and God bless!

    80. This book sounds like an amazing read. Thank you for so many chances to win. The most profound book I’ve read this year is THE END OF THE WORLD by Amy Matayo. It reaches inside of you, rips you apart, then puts you back together different than before you started. It was really good.

    81. The last book to grab me and stay with me was “The Unfinished Gift” by Dan Walsh. I read it several weeks ago with several books since then but have thought of that one over and over. It was an incredible story of faith and forgiveness.

    82. The last book I read that really grabbed me was Shelly Miller’s Rhythms of Rest — truly convicting about the excuses I use to avoid taking a real Sabbath. On the fiction side of the house, I really enjoyed books #1 and #2 of The Invisible Library series by Genevieve Cogman: great fantasy fiction without smut, too much violence, or heresy.

    83. The last book that really grabbed me was The Final Quest Trilogy by Rick Joyner. In these books he shares about prophetic experiences he had. These books have caused to me to evaluate where I am in my relationship with the Lord.

    84. The last book I’ve read (I’m glad you said last, because I read so many) that really stuck with me is Twilight at Blueberry Barrens by Colleen Coble. One of the things I have thought about recently is what she said, “Light always shines in darkness.” That gives much for me to ponder! Yay on the new book released Keep Holding On!! Can’t wait to read it!

    85. Happy Release Day!! The last book that I read that stuck with me was The Wedding Shop by Rachel Hauck! Love that series!!
The next book on my shelve to read is From the Start. I’m excited to get to know the Walker Family. 🙂

    86. The last book I read that really spoke to me was The Butterfly and the Violin by Kristy Cambron. The dual modern and historical timeliness gripped me and took me back to a horrible time in history, yet showed how beauty could still exist. I am now reading the second book, A Sparrow in Terezin, and it is wonderful too.

    87. Cold Sassy Tree by Olive Ann Burns: It was a delightful story, but also one that has a lot of theological musings in it that cause a reader to think long after the book is finished.

    88. The last book I read was Chasing Sunsets by Karen Kingsbury and it has really stuck with me because it shows that God performs miracles of all kinds.

      Sarah

    89. I’m rereading (listening to) Dee Henderson’s Full Disclosure. I’m struck again by the characters’ relationships with God and each other that carry them through tough times; that we can help each other and even have humor in the midst of the storm. Your books that include characters that share humor are very enjoyable.

    90. I’m excited to read this new book. The book I read most recently that stuck with me was Nurture by Lisa Bevere. I love her writing and how it challenges me to think about how I am living my life.

    91. Last book I have read is Tapestry in the Attic by Mary O’Donnell, part of a mystery series about items found in an attic of the grandmother of the heroine that are being returned to their rightful owners or to the heirs or placed in museum, but bringing closure to persons in the community. Forgiveness is a major theme while searching for clues to whom the itemmight have belonged and why it was in the attic to begin with.

    92. Congratulations, Melissa, on the release of your book ‘Keep Holding On’!

The last book I read that really stuck with me was ‘The Mistress of Tall Acre’ by Laura Frantz. This was a wonderful historical fiction story full of sweet romance, triumph and tragedy, mystery and suspense that swept me away and captivated me to the very end. I loved it!

Thanks so much for the opportunity of this giveaway!

    93. The last book I read that really sticks with me was ” Redemption Road” by John Hart. It just had so much twisting and turning in it that I couldn’t put it down.

    94. Thank you for the opportunity to win a copy of “Keep Holding On” and the Amazon gift card
      Good Luck with your book!!

    95. I would have to say Redemption Road by Katie Ashley its an MC book but the heroin in it was human trafficked and then saved by an MC and she just stuck with me cause she was so strong and brave, plus the hero was hot didnt help . 🙂

    96. The last book I read wa Beverly Lewis’, The Wish. She often uses an unexpected twist in her stories, but you have to look for them in unexpected places along the way. They stay with me, those places, and this book did. I’m still pondering some of her other books too!

    97. I think it’s a toss-up between Widow by Denise Weimer and the one I just read a couple of days ago The Domino Effect by Davis Bunn. Widow stuck with me because of the message about giving forgiveness being something of requirement in receiving forgiveness from God. The Domino Effect because it could so easily be from today’s headlines and it talks about stepping out on a limb to help people no matter the personal cost.
